Housing assistance provided under the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA), based on eligibility, household need, and available funding.

Weatherization Program

The Weatherization Program helps improve the energy efficiency of eligible homes in the Bristol Bay region. Services focus on reducing heat loss, lowering energy costs, and improving indoor comfort and safety.

Work is prioritized for households with the greatest need, including elders, people with disabilities, and families with children.

Funding for this program is provided through state and federal sources and is separate from NAHASDA housing assistance.

The Vocational & Technical Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to Bristol Bay tribal members pursuing certificate or diploma-based training programs. The goal is to support job-focused education that leads directly to employment.

This program supports workforce development in the Bristol Bay region and operates.
